I have been a patient at Southtown Dental for several years. After 50 years of not looking forward to going to the dentist, I can say that I actually enjoy going now. The hygienist, Deanna, is outstanding. Not only does she do a terrific job but she is gentle and very personable. The office staff is professional and on point. They are also very welcoming and friendly. It really comes down to the dentist care which has always been very good. Today my teeth are clean and sparkly- I look forward to going back in 6 months!

I love this dentist and staff. I'm so comfortable when I'm there. They are all so friendly and you feel you are a priority to them. You walk in and they immediately stop what they are doing and greet you. 10 stars if I could, Great job!!! front desk, dentist, dental assistant, hygienist and all staff.

I had an excellent experience yesterday, my first visit, as an emergency patient. They took me in right away, late in the day, at least 5:30 pm. Doctor diagnosed me with a gum infection, which was causing me the most excruciating pain I’ve ever experienced. Gave me antibiotics, and today, after 3 doses, I have no more pain. Will recommend this practice to everyone I know. Thank you, Dr Bill!!

I felt very comfortable just walking in the door. Although I was pulling not pushing the door. So I couldn’t get in lol

They are wonderful. The entire group of workers and docs are just easy going wonderful to talk to make you feel comfortable. They did great job on my teeth for costs. Wouldnt go anywhere else

Dr Bill and staff are some of the best! On time, friendly, welcoming and very professional. Team also does a fantastic job with making the dental experience comforting for my daughter. A++

Highly recommend this business. I shamefully have not been to the dentist in over 5 years and they made me feel right at home. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the dentist I spoke with was very kind and explained everything great along with setting up a plan to get things in order. It surpassed my expectations since I have not had great experiences in the past.

From the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the dentist, they all did an amazing job helping me with my teeth pain that I had sustained at work when I accidentally pulled a little too hard lifting something heavy at work which then I clenched my teeth too hard and mouth and teeth were sore for a little bit. But everybody was great took care of me the same day can't say enough about how practice and the people were amazing switching from where I used to go to here now!! Thank you!!

What an incredible experience I had with Dr Bill!! For almost 60 years I have been petrified of going to the dentist BUT not anymore!! I just had major dental work and I felt NOTHING and absolutely no after effects from pain or swelling!! I cannot tell you how happy I am that I came across this Dr! Top of the line, knowledgeable and friendly!! Don’t wait like I did! Call now!

Can’t express enough how great this place is. My daughter fell and cracked her tooth in half and they were able to get her in immediately for an emergency appointment. They did amazing work she is autistic and they were able to navigate that in a very delicate way and made her feel comfortable.
